I recently took a class online with Cristina and I have to say I was really impressed with her knowledge of the industry! The class ran smoothly and I felt that I could relate to all the points that were discussed and apply them in the salon with clients. I appreciate that I could comment and that it was an open discussion between likeminded people in the industry. I highly recommend Mastering Customer Service! It was incredibly helpful, especially as a new stylist just starting out in the industry. I suggest reading Cristina’s ebook beforehand, as she elaborates on certain points from the book during the class. She shares personal experiences she’s had with clients, which helps you connect those insights to your own work. The session felt like the perfect amount of time very informative without being overwhelming.
